Probleemharen.nl is a platform of Milcraft. Milcraft is the controller for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy statement.

We attach great importance to the protection of personal data. In this statement, we explain what data we collect and what we use it for.

a) Salons that register:

  • Company name and contact person
  • Address details
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Website and/or social media data
  • Payment details
  • Supplied company information, photos, text and logos

b) Website visitors:

  • IP address and browser data (for analytical and security purposes)
  • Any contact information when using contact forms

3. What do we use the data for?

We use personal data only for the following purposes:

  • Reviewing and processing registrations
  • Inclusion of salons in the platform
  • Customer management and billing
  • Communication about our services
  • Management, maintenance and optimization of the website
  • Meeting legal obligations (e.g., administration)

We only process personal data necessary for these purposes.

We process personal data on the basis of one or more of the following bases:

  • Execution of an agreement (when participating in the platform)

Salons may only submit their own images, text and other material for which they own the necessary rights. By submitting this material, salons give permission to publish this content on Problemhairs.com.

Milcraft is not liable for any infringements of third-party copyrights by supplied material.

7. Data security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse or unauthorized access.

8. Retention period

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:

  • Registration details: as long as a salon is active on the platform.
  • Billing data: at least 7 years (legal tax retention obligation).
  • Contact form data: up to 1 year after processing.

9. Rights of data subjects

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Have your data corrected or deleted
  • Limit the processing of your data
  • transfer your data (data portability)
  • withdraw your consent

10. Cookies

Problemhairs.com uses technical and functional cookies and analytical cookies that have no or minimal impact on your privacy.

As far as we use Google Analytics, this is done with anonymized IP addresses and without using this data for advertising purposes.
